Create a new charitable trust ("the New
Trust")
on an amalgamation of the two existing trusts,
one for the existing village hall, the other for
the playing field. |

Formally appoint
developer and negotiate and
execute interlocking legal
agreements involving:
- the developer
- the New Trust
- the land-owner (Battlement Trust)
- Housing Association (for the affordable housing)
- Uttlesford District Council (as planning
authority imposing conditions)
and providing for:
- vesting of the freehold title to the whole
site in the New Trust
- the construction (FIRST and before
the construction of houses) of the new village hall and pavilion,
the multi-use games area, the car parking and
the access road and the laying out of the football
and cricket pitches
- the construction of the houses
- the sale of the houses
- the financial arrangements as between the
developer, the landowners and the housing association.
